Why We Exist
Landify exists because we are disillusioned with the trajectory of farm ownership in New Zealand.
We believe that partnerships, of all kinds, are under-explored in farming, and present options for family farmers at all stages.
✓ Established farmers are looking for options to step back in a way that meets their family's needs
✓ The next generation of farmers want to step up to business and land ownership, but are consistently priced out of the open market for leases and farm purchases
✓ Investors exist who are interested in diversifying their portfolios and having a connection to the land
Landify is a platform where these parties can privately explore
farming partnership options, which may lead to better outcomes for today’s family farmers, and tomorrow’s.
