Sarah is from a proud, mixed arable farming family in Mid Canterbury. She has worked on-farm, in advisory roles, and in research and development. Joining forces with her good mate from uni, Tara, she wants to build something that matters to the community and the next generation of farmers. A collector of degrees and plenty of wild ideas, Sarah is your main point of contact at Landify. She lives in Geraldine with her husband and family.

Breeding Manager, and Farmer
Tara reigns from a sheep and beef background in North Otago, but her roles both on-farm and farmer-facing, have taken her all over the South Island and to Tasmania. Tara's passion and experience brings a world of value to Landify. Recent Regional Supreme Award winners at the Otago Ballance Farm Environment Awards, Tara is also an active member in her local catchment group and passionate about ways for the next generation to make their mark on the sector. Tara is currently Breeding Manager for Headwaters, while living on-farm in Middlemarch with her husband and family.

Rural Real Estate Agent, and Farmer
Brent Irving is most well-known for the role he has played in supporting the formation of many, many farm equity partnership and syndications in his career as an agri-banker, and now as a rural real estate agent for PGG Wrightson. Along with his wife and daughter, they have a shareholding in an equity partnership farming sheep, beef and deer located in Central Otago. Brent brings a wide range of skills, experience and perspectives to Landify, we are incredibly lucky to have him on the team.

Sarah Barr is part of New Zealand's leading specialist coaching and advisory service for rural New Zealand families and businesses. Rural Coach has evolved to coach and enable rural New Zealanders to have conversations that matter across all facets of their lives, whether this be for succession planning, business & strategic planning or for people and culture leadership or team development. Sarah’s great understanding of everyday challenges, demands of rural life and running a business comes from lived experience. She is passionate about seeing people get the results they are working towards. Sarah has supported Landify since its inception and will continue to be an asset on the team as we grow.

Managing Director, ForthCo. Ltd
Phil Veal is a private investor and business leader with over 25 years of experience across a wide range of industry sectors. Phil is managing director of ForthCo, formerly the Chief Executive of Rangatira, and ran New York-based M&A consulting company PIPC. He currently sits on the boards of Natural Habitats, the New Zealand Air Ambulance Service, and is on the steering committee of the IoD’s Chapter Zero New Zealand.

Managing Director, CountryWide Media
Sarah Perriam-Lampp is the managing director of CountryWide Media after a career as an award-winning journalist and director of a creative communication agency, where she loves to use multi-media to empower agricultural science and business to more deeply connect with farmers and growers. Sarah has begun her governance career with an AGMARDT leadership scholarship in value chains, is on the board of Safer Farms and a member of the Institute of Directors. Sarah lives with her husband Will, an operations manager at Align Farms, where they reside in Methven.
