We’re experienced investors with an established connection to farming, currently being equity partners in a Southland dairy farm and a Central Otago vineyard. With a farming background and a passion for supporting high-performing operations, we’re now looking to diversify further into mixed arable, sheep, and beef farming—or similar enterprises.
What We’re Looking For:
Farm Scale: 5,000+ stock units.
Location: Otago or Southland, within 2hrs of Queenstown.
Timeframe: Flexible—we’re not in a rush but open to the right opportunity.
Capital Available: $1m–$1.5m.
Why Farming?
We believe farming is more than an investment; it gives us the opportunity to be connected to sharp operators and the land. We aim to contribute to another farm or farming operation as a minority partner, adding value without interfering.
We want to have a genuine connection to the business, able to kick the tyres from time to time with the operators, have access during key times like shearing, or when we’re passing through. We’re interested in being part of the journey—without disrupting day-to-day operations. We’ve enjoyed this balance with our current investments and want to replicate it with a new partnership.
