Experienced Farmers Seeking to use their Capital and Increase Scale

We are currently farming a sheep and beef finishing block, which is partly irrigated.

Over our 18 years of farming we have bought and sold blocks of land developing it on the way through. We also had a larger lease while running our home farm.

Our business goals:

• To farm a sustainable, fully integrated, high performing, sheep and beef breeding and finishing operation.

• To use best practice to achieve consistent profits with environmental soundness.

• To provide opportunities for our children.

Why we are exploring farming partnerships:

We are looking for opportunities to grow our business, we see increasing the scale of our operation as the way to achieve this. We need outside capital to achieve this.

A. Equity Partnership in a 5000 -12,000 su property.

B. Outright purchase, or lease to buy of a 4000-5000 su property.

C Any scenario option in the middle of the other two options.
