Expressions of Interest: 25% Equity Partnership Opportunity

Our syndicate, made up of four owners who have retired from our primary careers, is seeking a new partner to join us in our highly productive organic beef and dairy support block. The 32.5ha property is currently dedicated to grazing beef, silage cropping, hay production, and winter grazing dairy cows - which we take great pleasure in running, as well as a financial return. While the block has no dwelling, it has good infrastructure, including a large wintering barn, hay barn, old piggery, and well-maintained fencing.

We have a particular passion in producing premium-quality beef and are currently exploring the possibility of becoming a niche provider of homegrown-and-killed beef for those who don’t own land but want to own and grow their own animals. We are currently running trials to test both the market and the logistics of this business model.

One of our current partners is looking to exit the syndicate to pursue other opportunities, creating an opening for a new investor to step into an established block in a sought-after area.

We’re open to a variety of partnership structures and encourage expressions of interest, including:

• Investment in the land only

• Investment in both the land and our existing business

• Investment in the land, with the potential to establish your own small-scale business on the block

• Other arrangements

We are flexible and interested in considering different proposals, and would assess these with our advisors to ensure any arrangement benefits all parties involved. This is a rare opportunity to invest in highly productive land with an affordable buy-in level, in a region where land investment is increasingly hard to come by.
