We are seeking a long term equity manager who is interested in joining our business as a 25% shareholder.

The farm is situated approximately 40km from a major service town, and currently employs a manager, one shepard and one farm hand. The everyday operations and planning is overseen by the farm manager with weekly management meetings with the directors of the company. Monthly board reports are produced for the directors with quarterly packs available for the partners.
