This an existing proven equity partnership whereby the equity managers and another shareholder are amicably looking to exit to pursue other opportunities.

The current equity p/ship plans to continue trading profitability, paying a dividend to shareholders, and operating a sustainable business whilst reinvesting into the business.

The current business model has been performing well with the remaining shareholders willing to provide new equity managers with an opportunity to step into farm ownership.
