Become verified so you can enquire about listings, and make your own listing
This process takes approx. 15min, and requires you to:
-
Indicate to us:
-
Your business experience (where relevant) and goals
-
Your motivations for exploring possible partnerships
-
What you are looking for in a partnership
-
Your key values
-
The trusted advisors you are working with
-
Where relevant, your equity level
-

The information you provide us is kept confidential, unless you choose to release it to potential partners.

-
Pay an annual subscription of $499, granting you:
-
One free 12 month listing
-
Unlimited enquiries about other listings
-
This verification process is to:
-
Ensure only serious contenders engage in the platform
-
Ensure that all parties have considered their 'needs' before engaging
-
Populate a brief 'bio' which, with your permission, can be released to parties whose listings you want to enquire about. This will allow them to decide whether their needs align with yours, and if they contact you.
03.
Anonymously list what you're looking for
Once verified, you can make an anonymous listing, briefly sharing what your situation is and the kinds of partnerships you're willing to explore.
Each listing is live for 12 months, or until you remove it.

-
Receive regular feedback about the number of views your listing has had
-
Be notified when another verified member wants to enquire about your listing. View their bio and decide whether you would like to contact them. You can remain anonymous until then.
Agents or advisors can engage and make listings on behalf of their clients. See how this works.

04.
Receive enquiries and connect with potential partners
As listers receive enquiries and review the bio's of those people enquiring, they can choose whether to make contact with them or not.

-
We strongly recommend an independent facilitator is involved if parties choose to connect.
-
We also strongly recommend all parties take their time and get independent advice when considering possible farming partnerships. We're building a database of service providers who specialise in this area.

If you or your firm would like to be listed in our database, contact us.
Why We Exist
Landify exists because we are disillusioned with the trajectory of farm ownership in New Zealand.

We are seeing firsthand the difficulties that families are having finding options for succession and retirement planning which avoid the sale of the family farm.

We also know that the road to land ownership is untenable for many young people. It is difficult to conceive how many will ever get a 'crack', and go on to build the agile, future-facing and innovative businesses the industry now demands.

There are just a few, isolated initiatives in the industry doing something about this, and no-one is putting up their hand to be a leader in this space.

So we’ve decided to.

We believe that partnerships, of all kinds, are under-explored in farming, and present options for family farmers at all stages. This is why Landify is on a mission to make partnerships between established farmers, next generation farmers and investors more accessible.
